Arthur Nachman represented a private equity buyer in the purchase of the 66-unit Argon apartment building located at Cutshaw Ave. in Richmond, VA, from an undisclosed seller.
Nachman’s “white glove” service was able to guide the transaction by working hand and hand with Buyer’s attorney and assisting the Buyer with its physical due diligence, interviewing and assisting with the selection of the professional property manager, and working with the Virginia Housing Authority in the orderly transfer of the loan obligation.
