Arthur Nachman has had a penchant for the commercial real estate industry since the early 90s. Growing up in Herndon, VA, Nachman’s family owned a couple of buildings and exposed young Arthur to the promise of the industry. In 1991, he saw an opportunity to invest when properties were selling below replacement cost. That ultimately led to a promising career in Commercial Real Estate.

Now, he’s bringing a new generation into the business.

“I am bringing the 4th generation into the family business. My goal is help them grow the business and create a legacy for generations to come,” Nachman said.

Now, more than 25 years later, Nachman is one of the top brokers in Virginia. He has accumulated numerous awards, including named the top salesperson in both 2016 and 2017 for Long & Foster, the Best Real Estate Agent by Washingtonian Magazine in 2017 and 2018 and many other accolades.

“I am very direct. I have an ability to get to the heart of the matter, quickly and succinctly. I try to be a one stop shop. I have a team of great people that help my clients each and every step of the way. Attorneys, lenders, accountants, engineers, etc. It makes the job go smoothly and efficiently,” Nachman said.

Nachman has enjoyed the career he has built, creating lasting relationships, taking pride in the different things he’s been able to learn and the success he has experienced.
“I believe CRE is one of the most interesting and encompassing careers. I enjoy working with people. CRE is a people business. You form strong relationships and become a trusted confidant,” he said.
